The Spaulding Rehabilitation Network Outpatient Center Brighton's Physical Rehab Suite was relocated to inside the New Balance headquarters in the heart of their new Brighton-Allston redevelopment. The project fitted out a commercial office shell as a clinic with medical exam and rehab therapy space. Due to the demands of the tenant lease, the project proceeded on a very fast schedule which necessitated a partial design/build approach. The outpatient center contains six semi-private treatment areas, two private treatment rooms, two exam rooms, two multi-functional spaces which includes a Pilates gym with brand new equipment, a golf swing simulation area, a group exercise space, a weight lifting area, and a cardio space.
