The Massachusetts Medical Society, headquartered in the Waltham Woods Corporate Center, brings the facility into the 21st century with a fresh, efficient, open design that incorporates new equipment, services and furniture, to create a light filled space that flows well and presents itself as a first-class food service establishment. An expanded menu of healthy food choices aligns with the mission of this umbrella physician organization. Patronage has increased 15%, which translates to a more satisfied and productive in-house work force.

Construction issues included resealing the slab on grade construction with new fluid applied waterproofing membrane. Phasing was simplified by relocating the servery to an adjacent space during construction. Existing mechanical and electric service were reused to keep renovation costs low.
