Project description. To meet growing community needs, evolving senior care requirements, and recent market trends, D’Youville Life and Wellness Community opened an integrated Center for Advanced Therapy that represents a new paradigm for rehabilitation services in New England. The new facility brings together the D’Youville Center for Advanced Therapy, providing short-term transitional rehabilitation and hospice care services, and the New England Rehabilitation Hospital Satellite at Lowell, providing short-term acute care rehabilitation services. It features a 33-bed transitional care unit, a 21-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, two state-of-the-art rehabilitation gyms, two outdoor therapy courts, a four-room hospice suite, chapel, and an expanded kitchen serving the entire D’Youville campus.
