20 Story Office Building

The new 10 St. James Office Building, a 20 story high rise and four story galleria connected to 75 Arlington was renovated to create a gathering place for office workers. LWDA worked closely with the Millennium Partners and SOM-NY, prime architects of 10 St. James to ensure coordination between the projects.
