75 Arlington Street Lobby Improvements

The lobby of the 75 Arlington Street Office Building was redesigned to complement surrounding retail space and create a connection to the new office building next door. The project introduced a muted palette of modern materials and color that counterbalanced and highlighted the rich trove of existing architectural detail. Original columns were exposed and highlighted, a new stair incorporated an original iron and wood balustrade and railing, metalwork and doors were reconditioned, the sidewalk canopy was refurbished, and a terrazzo floor was introduced to anchor the space. All of the windows on the building were replaced.

Dozens of fit test studies for potential tenants were created as LWDA worked with the building owner to prepare leasing floor plans.
