Renovation of an existing manufacturing facility included two wet labs, a fit-out for support offices including new HVAC systems, and a new grand inter-connecting stair and passenger elevator. The architectural work involved creating new exterior openings, floor frame demolition, concrete slab demolition, architectural concrete, and architectural exposed structural steel.
