Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s goal “is to promote and preserve the personal dignity, independence and self-esteem” of their residents. LWDA designed an addition that created a safe, supportive, and inviting space in which all residents, regardless of physical or cognitive abilities, can engage. Extending the north end of the existing facility, the two story addition features a spacious Rehabilitation Gym and activities area on the first floor, and a Memory Support Unit expansion on the second floor, with rooms arranged around a central common social area.
