Cottage homes with a renovated barn community center

A master plan was developed to expand the mission of Pond Home – an existing Long Term Care facility, to serve healthy and mobile retirees in single story accessible cottages. The Pond Home had approximately 50 Acres of undeveloped meadow land behind and adjacent to their property, available for this project.

The Cottages at Pond Meadow offer one and two bedroom units, featuring cathedral ceiling living room, den, four-season porch, a private patio and an attached garage. The cottages are built in neighborhood clusters around common greens. An adjacent historic barn was renovated and converted into a community center.
