Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital

Modernization, accessibility, and bariatric upgrades for the entire hospital

LWDA developed a master plan for Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital, a comprehensive rehabilitation hospital that offers a continuum of acute rehabilitation inpatient and outpatient services for adult and pediatric patients with 17 general and 15 specialty programs. Master plan included modernization, accessibility and bariatric upgrades for the entire hospital, site improvements, and a creation of a new courtyard for the Activities of Daily Life program. Access and drop-off at the main entrance were redesigned to provide a large canopy to create a prominent entry and shelter from the elements.
