Found spaces and New Secure Garden

The Heritage Homestead Memory Support unit wanted to update the look and feel of its interior and exterior spaces to better reflect the quality of care it provides to its residences. LWDA focused on an improved entry experience for residents and visitors. The lobby and family lounge were transformed by removing walls and improving circulation to create a larger, more open area. Finishes and furniture upgrades to the common areas were chosen to specifically address current market expectations and offices were relocated for better work and traffic flow. The new space accommodates a variety of activities making the space more usable. A secure garden was added for the memory care program.
